What to do?????

I would imagine that seeing as one spends the greatest part of one's day at the office, the least you would expect is to be happy there!!! In my case, not so, not so at all!!! Let me give a little background...................first it was one company, then due to various reason's it was taken over by the principal's who decided they would do a better job!!! LOL, that is definitely NOT happening. Just about everyone here is unhappy, but I think I am the unhappiest!!! The people are rude, most of them (not all) are unhelpful, they are not really concerned with their employees well-being and are really, really petty in their rules and regulations. And MOST of all the pay SUCKS!!!!! Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm and if you are ONE minute late you have to fill in an attendance form!!! I kid you not..........fortunately for me I have never been late, touch wood, but there are some who, due to the immense traffic jams ( they live real far) are almost always late. Those of you who live in Johannesburg will know what I am talking about when I mention the traffic. They have now been warned that disciplinary action will be taken!! I mean COME ON.....what must they do, leave home at 3am? And there is absolutely no thanks or consideration fo the minutes, sometimes hours they stay late. Hell no, it seems to me this is more like slavery!! Oh for those of you who are trying to guess, the owners of the company are NOT SOUTH AFRICAN.
